Powers & Abilities Could Kyoshiro have eaten a DF?

So we know that Kyoshiro is actually the missing scabbard, denjiro, who was secretly planning on betraying Orochi all this while. Hence, I think that there's a very high chance that he could be a DF user.

I mean Kyoshiro was a very high ranking member amongst Orochi's administration and presumably the beast pirates as well. After all, he was even able to command the topi roppo, putting him above Hawkins, Killer, and Drake in terms of portrayal. With so much influence and power, Kyoshiro could have easily gotten his hands on a pretty powerful DF. Kaido is trying to build a DF army and while the SMILE are strong, they seem far weaker than true DFs. I'm sure Kaido must also be after real DFs as well.

With his high ranking position, Kyoshiro could have easily stolen a DF from the beast pirates/orochi and eaten it for himself, with him concealing his abilities until the day of the fated battle.

So what do you think, could kyoshiro have a DF? and if so, what could it be?

He definitely could have one, and it could be something that allows him to run covert operations. Maybe it has something to do with the Promised Port and how the ships disappeared.

However, there's literally no point in talking about this because there is absolutely no way for us to tell, there's nothing to go off of.

I personally wouldn't like it if Kyoshiro had a devil fruit. We are on Wano. I want to see more pure swordsmen. Powerful, pure swordsmen.

also it Seems his Position is Near/Equal to all Stars (King - Queen - Jack) he said to one of his man Call Queen and ask from him to Send Assassin and Queen send not Only one But 2 Member of Flying 6
