Power wise of course they can but story wise it wouldn't make sense (since this is in the OP manga discussion) since Oda is building up sone kind of story there where the SHs are not (yet) involved.

Zoro survives and counter it with haki.

Koh has the hottest flame too plus divine since its related to hell and spirits.

It does matter because this ability of Kuzan exists in the story. Also those magma like flames never touched Zoro for it to cause any severe burn damage.

He can't, haki isn't helping him get out of that. Besides his haki isn't strong enough to resist against Kuzan.

The same thing is gonna happen to Zoro if he goes against Kuzan.
Zoro already tried it once, didn't go well for him then and wouldn't go well for him even now

Yes they can, as long as they get out before Luffy reaches his limit.

It also kind of depends on how underhanded the BB pirates play it. Sanji may be susceptible to a “woman in trouble” trap, forcing the rest to try and protect him.
