I've noticed how Oda often uses certain flashbacks to expand on other elements of the story. Like a good example is how Oda showed Drake's backstory within Law's.
I feel like Oda might do something similar with Kuma's. While a lot of people have noted how Oda could use Kuma's backstory to show God Valley, I was wondering if Oda could also use it to show some stuff regarding the south blue.
There are several characters from the south blue I feel like Oda could touch on. Specifically:
For Kuzan, I think it could be important to show some things especially given how prevalent he's been in the manga as of late. Maybe show how he joined the marines.
Lastly for Rouge, I think its somewhat unlikely just because she's largely an obscure character who's only real role in the story was giving birth to Ace. Still, we have seen in wano how relevant Ace was despite being dead for years now. I wouldn't be surprised if Oda decides to expand on Rouge's role in the story
