Powers & Abilities Could Sanji keep the bubble gun?

There is a reason why Gunner Sanji hasn't been around, only 3 times out of ~1100 chapters : his character needs to NOT have ranged attack.

This is a part to balance him & his character. And well written character must have weakness.

"No ranged attack" is one of this weakness.

Else, a kick master like Sanji not being able to use Rankyaku is weird, when he can use Soru and Geppou type. This is because this ranged kick slash is too similar to Zoro's air slash.

Zoro can't fly, so Sanji can't have ranged air slash. Balance.
