Certain characters have shown telepathic abilities
In wano, Luffy seemingly used telepathy to communicate with Momonosuke as well as the heart pirates when he was thrown into the sea by Kaido.
Now that the seraphim are going haywire, could it be that Saturn is controlling them via telepathy?
My guess is that these telepathic powers are either a function of CoC or VOAT. With Luffy up against S-Bear and S-Hawk, I think its very likely we will learn more of this in the upcoming chapters.
I think one of the most hype things Oda could do next chapter is have S-Bear teleport Luffy off egghead island and onto Saturn and Kizaru's ship. At the moment, Luffy is a yonko and none of the characters on egghead can even remotely pose a threat to him. There's simply no tension while Luffy is on egghead. By removing Luffy(and possibly Zoro) from this scenario, Oda would greatly increase the tension of the current arc.
If Luffy were to go up against Saturn, we could see the full extent of VOAT, with it possibly being a more dangerous power than ACoC or awakening. Setting VOAT up to be Luffy's next big power up.
