Saturn ability is clearly tied to his DF. We see his eyes literally glow everytime. Not like an eye glare. Straight up light in his eyes. In the manga.
And there's those flame like patterns.
Also, despite oda's penchant for clowning sanji against a new opponent, I seriously doubt sanji would be affected that much by a coc user any more.

No. Saturn has some haki / aura presence that is different from this. None of his abilities so far were related to Ushi-Oni. The circle was just something that all Gorosei have as demons.
Hi actual fruit powers will be Zoan related powers + maybe the spider silk and maybe he can squirt out some milk too.
Poison fangs for sure. Can Luffy withstand Saturn's poison?
Poison breath might be possible. Maybe he'll kill the marines there as collateral?
But also Ushi-Oni has aquatic abilities. I wonder how this works alongside with the sea properties. I am guessing he doesn't have a DF, but is a demon and therefore he can escape by the sea. Which is why Franky will be very important here, as well as the giant robot to catch him when in weakened state and trying to escape.
