Break Week Could Urouge be a fraud?

A lot of people speculate and wish for Urouge to be on par with the EoS fighters. But the story is preparing it's final act and for now we have no guarantee that Urouge will be a stronk fighter.

Is it possible that he will be just used to hype some other antagonist, with the help of emotional impact and durability and suffering like it was the case with Vyper from Skypiea? Anyone remembers that guy? Who gives us guarantees?

I am certainly sure that Urouge could be a fraudulent character...

I'm praying he gets the Capone treatment at least. (Pun not intended on praying)

I'm worried he will get the Apoo (barely doing anything)/Hawkins/Drake treatment instead.

He's easily the perfect hype too for others unfortunately.

Man was the first one to solo beat a Yonko commander way before anybody from his generation especially, although Snack seems incredibly wack but its whatever. He also got to meet Kaido alone so that had to imply Oda might have some high regard/importance for him but I doubt it after how hes butchered most of the Supernova so heavily now.

I have a feeling Elbaf will be his arc and his DF would work as a hype tool vs some giant enemies or someone like San Juan Wolf or Pizarro or especially Burgess even, if he runs into the BB pirates. I just don't know what to expect from him anymore, I'm trying not to be bitter/cynical but its almost impossible at this point for various reasons.

I also have a feeling Smoothie will be used as a hype tool vs giants if she returns for Elbaf too and actually tries to do something.
