I don't know how anyone could come to that ridiculous conclusion.

Yes, some guys like Lucci promoted, but they still aren't top tier CP0 agents like the ones we have here, especially their leader, who we've even seen pre-skip talking smack to Doflamingo.

Not to mention that at least one of the two other guys seems to be from the long-arm tribe.

sorry no he is that one was way shorter was not talking smack to Doffy it was more like Doffy was talking smack to him.
