think about this, admirals are direct subjects of the Gorosei and Celestial Dragons ok, they could literally ordered the whole marines for a war just like what happened to the war of the best!

so what if Orochi miscalculated everything? And CP-0 wasnt afraid of Kaido or Orochi, CP-0 needs Orochi for the weapons that theyre making and what if this is connected to what the Gorosei said about cleansing the world? What do you guys think what the gorosei was up to? did orochi knew something about the gorosei that information was good enought to make them considered vegapunk to help what orochi wants this information was given to orochi by those old people that helped him to control the wano? did vegapunk invent somethjng huge for the gorosei that they need this massive weapons that wano gave them?

CP0 Leader, an Executive of the most secretive agency in the world, was probably thinking something like:
"I could kill this asshole right here and now, but that would mean dropping the whole weapons traffic deal and could possibly start a war between Kaido and my organization (World Governament) since that brute is not a reasonable creature.
This is a bad scenario seen how my organization is already busy with the Warlords and all the outside trouble post-Reverie, specially due to News that don't light us in a good way.

Well said. Orochi isn't the type of person you would really trust when he has never really been outside of Wano. His bravado comes from the fact that he has Kaido's fury under his strings and these agents are on his turf.

The CP0 leader would make short work of that oversized goof and maybe wait for an escape route and rendezvous out.

First of all they cannot invade wano, im preety sure they know that kaido’s main territory is wano so idk what your talking about?
