Why cross guild bounty is so high?
Fodder like Coby have higher bounty than post dressrosa law and Luffy.
Like Coby only saved few people in rocky port incident while law is one of main character of rocky port incident not to mention he along with luffy beat doflamingo which resulted in entire nation destruction
And fodder like this have 1b bounty almost equal to zoro

Replace Shiryu, Wolf, Pizarro and Vasco Shot with GB and Fuji and they still lose to Garp. Their ceiling is washed up old people.

CG's bounties themselves is pretty self-explanatory, while the bounties that they issues on marines seem limited based on the funds they have.

The bounty cross guild issue is very high.
Why some unknown marine fodder have 1b bounty equivalent to zoro and Coby have higher bounty than post dressrosa luffy and law.
It seems like cross guild is richer than world government

It’s just a limited system based on rank. That’s besides it being unlikely that Cross Guild will even have adequate funds.

You’re right though. Things like Captains getting 1 star means that Axe-hand Morgan would have a 100 million bounty like a Supernova. Pretty amusing

I think Cobys title of Hero has a lot to do with his high bounty. He’s the only one who shares it with Garp that we know of.
