In other words Non-DF user Rayleigh admits he needs to be in his prime to make it competitive vs Teach while having help in 2 v 1 from Hancock.

Where do you think came genius? Hancock could still turn them to stone if they fought Rayleigh, it was 2 v 1. Once Rayleigh came he immediately told Hancock to undo the stone because Rayleigh didn't want to fight Teach, learn to read.

Teach didn't even use his Quake DF vs SHawk, only used 1 handed Haki block (not even 2 hands) vs SHawk's mountain slash, and a random darkness attack throwed him around like a fodder, then kidnapped Koby when 2 seraphims were on the island. Teach treated them like fodders and didn't care them while kidnapping their commander Koby.
