no, I think it's more like Laugh Tale will be a 3 way fight between Strawhats vs Red hair vs Cross Guild
That's the only way Cross Guild can survive, if there's more than 1 opponent.
Shiryu 100% will fight Zoro
and Mihawk 100% is stronger than Shiryu, wchich means Shiryu can't come before or at the same time as Mihawk.
Meaning that BB pirates will job before Laugh tale
Cross Guild and Red hair pirates as enemies are far more likely
Goofy vs Shanks = beating Shanks will mean he's now "pirate king"
Zoro vs Mihawk = he achieves WSS before Goofy becomes PK as he promised
This also would at least make sense for Sanji vs Ben beckman, since Shanks and Mihawk are out.

maybe there will be a parallel between zoros fight with the WSS and luffys fight with the WSC and shiryu attacks zoro in the back during the match due to their alliance but zoro stops it thanks to mjihawks warning.
or maybe the blackbeard pirates will be involved in the fight so luffy vs blackbeard sanji vs shanks zoro vs mihawk
or maybe the blackbeard pirates will be involved in the fight so luffy vs blackbeard sanji vs shanks zoro vs mihawk
CG is being saved for the Davy back fight at Lodestar
Buggy and co are gunning for the op now. But they literally have jackshit in terms of resources needed to go for op.
The solution?
Challenge the team that's closest to op to a tourney where the winners get chance to select said resources.
How will cg convince the shp?
Through Buggy's status as a pk crew member and his connections to Soccer gabe.
It's obvious that gaben is the burn scar man and has the 4th pone in his possession hidden at lodestar. When elfab is over, soccer told goofy zolo nami to find him. They will seek him out. He will either be at lodestar waiting, or will take them there. When they get there, CG will arrive. Buggy will plead with copper scaban. Gyaban, the jolly fellow he is, will propose that the two pirate crews do as pirates does and play a game of Davy back fight for the 4th poneglyph for the shp, and the rubbings of the other 3 and Robin for the CG.
Ultimately, the final 1 v 1 will be Zolo vs Mohawk. He will beat mohawk and claim victory for the shp, becoming the WSS.
Then it's off to raftel. Zehahaha time.

Look, just because Buggy and Blackbeard team up, doesn't mean Buggy won't be relevant to the endgame. This would actually give Buggy some protection. And a chance to "sneak away" in secret at some point while Blackbeard is keeping the Strawhats busy. Blackbeard could end up being the distraction Buggy needs to claim the One Piece...or something like that.
At the end of the day, Cross Guild is a business, after all.
