1. What is the Mother flame? We know it seems to be a super weapon, but in what form we still don't know.
2. What is the power source that Vegapunk was researching? From Vegapunk's own mouth he was researching the Poneglyphs and between Shaka, Lilith and Stella we know there was a considerable focus on trying to replicate the ancient civilization's power.
3. What does Vegapunk have to give Bonney? Stella explicitly stated that he had something he needs to give her.
4. Has Vegapunk cloned other people beyond who we know?
5. What are the BlackBeard Pirates at Egghead for? Seems pretty likely Caribou called them in, but what for is yet to be clearly determined.
6. Are the Elders Devil Fruit Users?
7. What caused the Ancient Giant to attack MJ 200 years ago?

There may be more, but those are what I can think of off the top of my head.

Mother Flame isnt a weapon, its a fuel source btw, needed for Imu's weapon.
