So, if that Zoro Kaku scene is considered sleeping CoO, why not Sanji waking up to Gear 5 too?

• Kaku has a clear intent targeting Sunny vs Gear 5 not specifically target Sanji
• Kaku's attack is closer to Sunny vs Luffy being 3 floors above
• A healthy Zoro with normal sleep vs An injured Sanji whose mind had just been messed up
