I'm not looking to settle any time soon. Hopefully, i will be healthy enough to work in my 70s~80s. Retirement isn't as cool as it sounds. Anyway, people can be successful in business at pretty much any point in life.

Well, will be still working as an owner lol.

I guess working for others in well your 50's, 60's is what my nightmare is.
