All it takes is a Shnigami to be bored and drop a DeathNote into the human world for his amusement in hopes to witness something similar when Ryuk dropped his notebook.
A young soul finds the DeathNote lying in their path and decides to deliver justice to the world. Their action have alerted the police forces of the world that have assembled a special task force.
Will Kira's might prevail or the taskforce come out on top?
Rules and Guide -
Introduction Phase - This phase starts when the host sending out roles. Players are supposed to introduce themselves and start interacting with each other.
Night Phase - Special roles that operate during the night phase are supposed to private message the host stating how they wish to use their power or if they do not want to use it. it will last 10 Minutes
Day Phase - All roles take part in the discussion and discuss who Kira is. Take your time in the discussion and decide who you want to vote for in the Lynching Phase that comes after. Any votes made during the day phase won't be counted. 25 Minutes
Lynching Phase - This phase is extension of the day phase where everyone will vote cast their vote for the person they think is Kira. Players can abstain from voting as well. Decide carefully as you can only change your vote 1 time. 5 Minutes
Win condition - Eliminate all members of the Kira team.
Kira team - outnumber the member of the task force. If they equalize the numbers, the votes will get tied and game will proceed to the night phase where possibly the Kira team outnumbers the task force.
Possible Roles;
Kira
Kira - Kira may perform his kill through his death note. He may write the name of a player. First, alongside their name(username), second, he must submit the date of death as well as the reason for their death. The date of death must be no later than 2 Cycles(one cycle consist one-night phase + one day phase) from when he first write the name of the target. Light can transfer death note before and after his death to another Kira team role.
Mikami - Mikami can disguise himself or a Kira team member from Shinigami/L as an 'officer' during Night Phase. Mikami can only disguise one person at a time and this role can be used only 2 times during the game.
Misa - Misa can bring a player to the Kira team, who will become their ally and can't betray them. The host will announce when a player has changed sides.
Mist cannot convert the following;
L, Near, Watari, and chief
Shinigami - The Shinigami is on the side of the task force. They have ability to know the role of any 1 player each night phase.
Rem - Rem can try to save one 1 player every Night Phase. If Kira decides to kill a player that rem has protected, then that player won't die.
L - L can also know the role of any 1 player every Night Phase like the shinigami however, if the player they look into is the shinigami then L dies. L will know the identity of Watari from the beginning.
Near - Near can decide to reveal their role to 1 player every night Phase by private messaging through the host. The host will then send a private message to the player Near selected their identity. If the player turns out to be Mello then together they can kill one player though Near will lose use the use of this ability. Near can also avoid using their power at all.
Mello - When Mello is lynched, the player who voted for Mello last, dies as well. However, if Mello is killed during the night phase by Kira then only Mellow dies.
Watari - Watari can alter the votes in the lynching phase. Watari will get a total of 3 votes he can subtract from the vote tally. These 3 votes can be subtracted all at once in 1 phase or separately and similarly on the same player or different ones.
Chief - The chief can stop one lynching phase. The chief has to PM the host before the EoD that they want to cancel the lynching phase or the lynch itself. Chief can also use this ability to save themselves.
Matsuda - Matsuda's vote can be count as two instead of one in the lynching phase. The 2nd vote will be added in the final tally and is not to be displayed any other voting tally. You cannot use this during Mylo/Lylo.
Naomi - Naomi can block someone from using their power during the night phase by the private message to the host.
Wedy - Wedy can prevent a player from participating in the following day phase by private messaging the host with the name of the player during the Night Phase. The selected player cannot post anything for that day phase. [1-shot]
Officer - The officers in this game are the people dedicated to finding Kira and their accomplices. Operating solely in the day phase, players are responsible for concreting and attempting to distinguish who among them is Kira.
Phases:
-Day phases are 25 minutes
-Lynching Phases are 5 minutes
-Night phases are 10 minutes
