I think he has the most impressive use of his fruit considering it's a fucking Fish Fish model.

Shanks. Whitebeard would be one if Oda never touched his character after Marineford.

Overall: Blackbeard > Buggy > Shanks > WB > Kaido > BM

Development: Blackbeard. One Piece is the parallel journey of Luffy and Blackbeard. Especially notable pre-skip, and we’ll be getting back to that now we’re done with the pretenders.

Charisma: Blackbeard. My man can make a speech like nobody else. Buggy comes close, although it‘s mostly piss and wind.

Badass: Shanks. Pretty much all Oda has him do now is explicitly designed to be badass.

Design: Blackbeard. Big fat ugly toothless arsehole > everyone else

DF: Big Mom. Sure, the fans came up with better uses of it then she mostly did, but as a DF it’s more interesting than the others (bar Buggy) which is quite simple power based ones

Crew: Buggy (Mihawk + Croc = quality over quantity)

Right hand: does Mihawk count for Buggy? If he doesn’t then Whitebeard. I like Marco, I think he’s a reasonably well written character over the story.

Favourite: Blackbeard.

Note: Whenever possible I will not consider Wano because it is incredible bad written.

Big Mom. If she had died at the end of WCI her arc would be one of the most tragic in One Piece

•R2: Which one has more charisma?
Again, the Kingpin takes the cake.

•R3: Which one is more badass?
Whitebeard.

•R4: Which one has the best design?
None. Overall, the second in command are better.

•R5: Which one has the best (not the strongest) DF? (in this question, Teach is only with Yami Yami)
Big Mom. It can do almost anything.

•R6: Which one has the coolest crew?
Again, BM. The main members have a variety of powers that create a very versatile crew and the fact that homies make the bulk of the fodder are pretty cool. In my personal opinion, she has the best crew when directly compared with her peers.

•R7: Which one has the best Right-Hand?
A three way tie between BB, BM and WB. This is not about power but how they help the crew.

•Personal Question: Which one is YOUR FAVORITE?
Big Mom. If she had died or be disabled at the end of WCI and never left for Wano, I bet people would put her super high in their pools. What Oda did to her and her crew in Wano is criminal. If you remove the stupid writing in Wano we would be left with one of the best antagonists.
