Among the Blackbeard Pirates, that description fits Shiryu the most. Shiryu's Suke Suke screams deceit like how he sneakily attacked Moria. And his dirty way of fighting was highlighted again with Garp.
He realized Coby showed brief opening, then quickly decided to target Coby in order to bait Garp sacrificing himself. When did Lafitte or Pizzaro ever showing this level of cunning trick? Never.
Forget his DF, not only he tricked Magellan but Shiryu also made his debut tricking Impel Down officers who believed he was at their side. He didn't kill the guards from the get go, instead he asked for cigarette, lit it, Impel Down guards kinda lowered their guard and cut the den den mushi off, and only then Shiryu blitzed and killed them all.
Deep down Sanji fans wished Sanji would fight Shiryu. Just like how they wished Sanji to fight Katakuri at WCI because both are "CoO specialists". Or when they wished Sanji to fight King because both can flying. Now deep down they wish Sanji to fight Shiryu, because let's be honest. Who else got hyped fighting against that Pizzaro loser who Blackbeard kept berating, or Lafitte the skinny bum that never really hyped powerlevel wise. And vice versa, who else not get hyped fighting someone confirmed stronger than Aokiji? Not counting Aokiji, nobody even knows who Blackbeard's third strongest actually is, that should tell how underwhelming the third strongest is. As much as underwhelming Queen and Smoothie are, at least Oda made it clear they are still the third strongest.
And then colorspread happened.
They can't push Sanji vs Shiryu agenda anymore because it will only make them look like clowns bigger than they already have.

Lafitte is built as Brook's opponent, being skinny and uses cane like sword. Not sure why Sanji fans pretend to hype this bum, is post TS Sanji that underwhelming now you want Sanji to beat Brook's level of opponent?
