Future Events Deep down, Sanji fans wish Sanji would fight Shiryu

I'd like to add that LOda could also give Sanji a personal grudge towards Kuzan for two reasons: the first being that he attempted to arrest Robin (mirroring his hate for Jabra), and the second that he kidnapped Pudding, destroyed her chocolate island/city, and froze some of her family. I don't like Pudding as a character, but it does give Sanji extra motivation to go after him.
Personally, I think (or hope) that the Blackbeards are the EoS opponents for the Straw Hats. Its the only group that guarantees one major opponent for every Straw Hat with no last minute asspull opponents, and some offer good thematic counters to some of the SH abilities.
As for Pizarro, he definitely has some parallels to Sanji in terms of both being former royals from the same sea, but that seems to be where it ends. Pizarro honestly fits better as a Robin opponent as both have the ability to sprout multiple limbs and Robin can grow big enough to fight him should he turn into some kind of Pica golem. A fight like that forces Robin to figure out how to stop an evil reflection of herself, kind of like Luffy vs Katakuri, if LOda doesn't fudge it up.

That's not to say Shiryu is weaker than King but King was always a big fish in a small-pond who Oda never made small before top-tiers, unlike Shiryu who's been minimized by Sengoku but more recently, Garp. Oda's put Shiryu in his place more than once and that does hurt the hype behind him some. Pizarro made Garp work more.
Nothing Oda can't fix tho, all he has to do is kill a top tier

The Penguins say they were once a Duo (but are actually a trio.) Just like the fans say Luffy and Zoro were, then Sanji came in making it a trio.
Penguin #1 looks like Blackbeard and Luffy mixed plus the famous eyepatch Oda has foreshadowed. But he's got the wide-eyed happy look of Luffy, and back hair. The lips/nose and hat of young Black Beard.
Penguin #2 screams Laffitte like immediately. Same hat, same creepy smile, same teeth, everything about him looks Lafitte. Then you have the bandage like sideswept hair like Sanji's. (Though that eye concerns me and gives me trauma thinking he's got Galaxy Wink now UGH)
Penguin #3 while it is Sanji's shadow, looks more like Zoro and Pizarro mixed. Zoro's eyescar, the snout looking like the mustache and pouty look of Pizarro, sort of Pizarro's hat.
No Penguin for Shiryu. I believe he'll have been beaten, captured, or defected before the matchups.

Yknow that I could just as easily say it'll be Sanji fighting Pizarro since he's the "Corrupt King" while Sanji's royalty as well but actively rejects it because his father is also a corrupt king
