General & Others Describe a One Piece arc in a way that makes the Strawhats look like the villains

Romance Dawn: Foreign pirates invades a local bar at small town, enters in a fight against the local bandits and feed the local fish with human meat.

Coby Arc: Strawhat Pirate fool pirate so he can invade their ships, stole their food and beat up their woman captain while also kidnapping one of her crew members.

Zoro Arc: Strawhat Pirate invades Marine facility, frees a criminal, beat up the commander and let the marines hungry for a week(not sure what was the time).

Buggy Arc: Strawhat Pirate and Pirate Bounty Hunter invades a town where there is a circus, beat up the circus animal and all the artists, clowns etc.

Usopp Arc: Strawhat Pirate, Bounty Hunter Pirate and beautiful Thief invades a small island, beat up the local Butler and his friends, kidnapps the local liar guy and stole a ship from a sick rich girl.

Sanji Arc: Strawhat Pirates bomb a sea restaurant and invades the place for a week until start a fight with an enemy pirate crew almost destroying the restaurant and poisoning all employers.

Nami Arc: Strawhat Pirates expels by force a group of refugees from an underviweded race.

Didn't thought anything good about longuetown.

Radical noble Pirate Arlong fights back against human racism by taking over 1 of the 5 seas the evil humans ruled over. fueled by the rage of his former captain being a slave of the most tortured kind and being killed after freeing thousands if not millions of slaves. That day still fires on strong in Arlong's mind returning an innocent human child to her village he was ambushed by a wicked marine.

Arlongs plan to overthrow the evil government by ruling the seas of the world was cut short by a brazillian sellout wearing a strawhat. after a decisive defeat Arlong was never seen or heard from again even though various sources stay hes still alive. tragically the boy with the strawhat 2 years later traveled to Fishman island arlong native land where his very own sister saw in a vison his destruction of fishman island. it is unknown how he destroyed fishman island but all history point to a beautiful civilation that thrived at the bottom of the sea. a true paradise and ingenious work of ingenuity erased from history. what is well recorded is the strawhat boy of unimaginable evil extinguished another uprising attempt by another noble fishman who looked to invade the workd government and destroy them for good.

certain historians will tell you Arlong and hody werent even fishman never took over the east blue etc. though these are just attempts to white/human wash history. how wouldb history have played out for the fishman people if not for the evil strawhats and his pathetically small but lucky troops. history may never know.

The entire story of OP involves mostly on a certain group of pirates meddling with political affairs and threatening the world balance... That itself can make the SHs look like villains...
