Because even with this whole “New Era” and “World in a state of chaos” junk Oda wants us to believe he never not once showed us The Commander and Chief of the Marines.

Like wtf? How has he been given no focus? He should be involved in the affairs of the WG just the same as everyone else, moreso rn. We never got any exposition from him, we don’t know his takes on the Wano situation and its Frauda BS because this guy is an older legend than Garp and Sengoku.

Instead Oda introduces random nobodies for literally no reason and has them lore drop. Like who even cares about this irrelevant VA?

We could’ve easily had Kong replace this man. Why is it we never see Sakazuki interact with Kong? Bro really just skips the chain of command and speaks with the Gorosei everytime lmao

There are also TOO many Sakazuki gets mad and burns his office/cigar moments when having to make decesions regarding bad news.
He is supposed to get orders from the president (Kong)?? Like bro, the moment in the Flame Emperor chapter could’ve been given to Kong… We could’ve had him reminiscing the days he beat present legends and referring to them as brats as he bucks up to squash the current gen
