Also anyone who still believes he is Monkey D. Kong, I’d give up hope. That was already reaching anyway since literally no one has brought it up and the Monkey family is extremely well known.

Luffy is always recognized as kin to Dragon and Garp but none of the three are every stated or implied to have relations to Kong. Realistically the hero of the marines and worlds most dangerous criminal being related to Kong would be big news that has long been revealed
