None of them were explicity described. And we only know what Alabasta and Skypiea's poneglyphs truly meant after the fact at Wano and Fishman Island respectively.
Ohara's is never described, outside of a possible reveal of the Ancient Kingdom's name.
Anyway, thats also the goal of Robin's dream. There are 30 Poneglyphs, 4 are Road Poneglyphs and 9 are Rio Poneglyphs, some of which are purely historical for the Ancient Weapons and form the true history partially. These will not be fully explained until Laugh Tale.
We can count some of the remaining. The 4 from the 2 Yonko (2 w/ BM, and 2 with Kaido on top of their RPs). Then there was a 2nd poneglyph on Skypiea that Robin does not talk about, when she discovers Shandora. Then another in her flashback when she was younger.
Thats 10, plus the 4 RPs and 4 I mention above with Robin already, which leaves 12 more. Oden found another during Roger's FB, so chances are its already at Laugh Tale, but who knows. Also to note, Lodestar very likely has one describing the Road Poneglyphs. This would account for all but 10 Poneglyphs.
Tldr: there are 30 poneglyphs. 4 are a map to Laugh Tale. 9 are true history poneglyphs that form the Rio/Real Poneglyph. The rest (17) are merely directional or point to the others.
Its not Robins job to explain them until Laugh Tale.
