These were basicly the only named attacks used by Judge in the whole arc, he was worried enough to kill his own man in order to make Sanji hold back, it's basic.
Niji's attacks were took in a much different moment, Sanji left his guard completely down because of them mentioning Zeff getting killed and then he got hit, again, by Niji's genetical enhancement special attacks, despite having the Raid Suit or not, the moment showed how much impotent Sanji felt in the situation due to Zeff, Sanji's face was something much more comic than actually serious injuries, and it was just to showcase Germa "technology" that Reiju used on him (so his face would get back to normal), and this was after he fought Judge.

The sparring ended with sanji never able to land clean hit towards judge. Just telling you manga facts.
And judge was right, actually. This was sanji after niji attacked him.
Niji didn't use raid suit here, by the way (I know you want to cope by saying that sanji 'underestimated' the raid suit potential)

But thats true, this was an actual fight, despite Judge's nasty moves, Niji's situation is completely different due to him mentioning Zeff getting killed if Sanji tried anything. You can even bring Zoro getting pierced by Killer with ease, he got distracted in a crucial moment, Sanji's situation is even worse cuz someone he cares would get killed and he was fighting for the girl who got paraplegic due to Niji's beating (according to Niji himself)

Doubt the blackmail really changed the outcome that drastic. Niji already outspeeding sanji when he could move right behind him. (If niji wanted, he could just kick sanji without holding him first). Niji also mocked sanji for being slow when they escorted luffy out of cocoa island. Judge was right to protect sanji against niji (judge wanted the wedding to still go, so he didn't want sanji to be slaughtered beforehand)
If you said that sanji getting hit was just for reiju showcasing "germa technology" on his face, then the same can be said for judge where the human wall was just meant to showcase the clone technology in a fight

Niji, Yonji, Ichiji and Judge were mocking Sanji for anything, for helping someone bein threatned, for cooking, for eating wasted food from the floor, do you think he would miss the chance this time, lol??
The Raid Suits are the best thing if you want to boost your speed and fly limitless without a drawback (like having a Devil Fruit like Marco's, or being someone like King), this was the point of the scene (it also showcased it's bulletproof, fire resistance and speed boost), Sanji didn't asked for help, despite the situation being difficult, the Vinsmokes felt in debt by Sanji saving them getting killed, they stated that very clearly. First of all, what does Sanji refusing to hit a subordinate and getting shocked by it has to do with Sanji's situation with Niji and Ichiji?
Actually Luffy and Sanji are the ones who sometimes get these faces when they receive a beating, which means nothing but comedy attached to the characters since ever
Sanji's face was pointless to showcase his state, it was used to show Reiju taking care of him despite of him not giving a shit about it, Judge showed to be an asshole many times, including "creating" real people to kill when it's needed, Sanji also didn't knew it was a clone, Yonji showed it to him chapters AFTER that, even when he knew everything about it he got more pissed than before.

Niji only went stealth in the next panel. Niji overspeed sanji. This scene wasn't affected from the blackmail. Niji showed superior speed here. And in two attacks, sanji was lying in the ground. The groom couldn't be dead though, so that's why niji spared sanji
