Did Oda fuck up badly by ignoring the majority of Strawhats outside of Luffy since the Timeskip?

He wrote himself into a corner where he either Power ups the Strawhats in a very unlogical way or he is forced to do Another Dressrossa where Allies Fight while half the crew sits in the background

It's not even just the Strawhats, Even Characters Like Kinemon and Law seem like they are many times stronger than what they were previously in Dressrossa

This isn't the first time this happened, Enies Lobby was a example of Oda giving Everyone Powerups out of Fucking nowhere, one would expect Oda to learn from his lesson, but no, now he wrote himself into a corner because of his Luffy Obsession

Characters like Nami, Chopper, Usopp and Robin aren't meant to be top tier fighters anyway. They'll be a Yonko 'crew' due to being top heavy and the Grand Fleet.

Let's just wait and stall it out for a while, until at least we will get knowledge on why he did so in the first place. Oda is not such a newbie, he knew this would have stirred some incomprehension...

I feel like most Strawhats will have their moment too during this arc, things are happening in the lower quarters too and not merely on the roof. Let's be trustful.

Yeah...I agreed with you ! If Oda had let strawhats fight proper opponents since the time skip (Dressrosa , WCI) then at this stage , in my opinion they all could have unlocked haki and were ready to fight veteran level characters..
Now it will look draged...since they are directly fighting against them.
And at WCI and Dressrosa Brook, chopper and Robin were easily got overpowered by veterans (sticky guy and Oven)

In a power scaling perspective absolutely. Issue with Post time skip compared to pretime skip is Post time skip he has put more focus on support characters outside of SHs so he doesnt have time to have all the proper powerups.

Zoro- We dont know how powerful he truly is, it's all speculative
Sanji- Oda made the raidsuit to help him powerscale
Franky- No idea as we havent seen the General at full strength

Now come Wano and everyone all the sudden jumped up 2-3 tiers witout their proper deserved fights up to that point (outside Luffy and Zoro)

Outside of Jinbei, Zoro, Sanji (and Usopp) the rest of the Straw Hats will be Vet level at max by EoS. They are exactly where they need to be at the moment, as they're not meant to be major powerhouses by the end of the story.

Remember, the Straw Hats are always the underdogs, so they can't already be at max potential going into their final fights. They will go into those final fights just below Vet level, have a hard fought fight, and then come out of the fight at max potential. There is nothing wrong with how he is handling them.

Ideally story wise only luffy and zoro are supposed to be fighters. For others fighting is secondary, I think oda should have focussed more on adventure side of the story rather than power structure. Like we cannot see such a small crew to be like other Yonko's crew. And SH Fleet meh...just felt forced way to increase numbers
I would have preferred the goal of the story which is essentially a mystery adventure, rather than the fight to the top. Like if they solve stuff and reach raftel. If story was more focussed on this part and also exploring the world. I would enjoy it a lot more, it is such a good world but we are just focussed on becoming strong now. Currrently, especailly after time skip its pretty much focussed on moving to next stage in power scale. Luffy pretty much wants to surpass X and Y everywhere. This just made other character's strong point to be pretty much not at all utilized. I wish we had more arcs like Skypeia. But we should accept it, there won;t be any blind adventures at all.
