Before we start my theory lets go back from the start when ace, luffy, and sabo were kids.
according to ace nobles become full nobles when they become 18! Thats why ace and luffy and sabo decided to set sail when they become 17 to counter or be agaianst this crazy noble thingy what’s wierd is that sabo only has 600m bounty! And he is the chief of staff of the revolutionary! This is a man that even fujitora respects his power… lets go to the topic!

but how the WG captured him? Simple the WG uses Kuma as a decoy and a great friend like sabo cant or wont ever hurt a friend or his friend get hurt because of him…
After the onigashima the fight beetween kaido and luffy. probably its time for luffy to face the WG luffy let sabo died when they were kids luffy let ace died because that time he was weak on the war of the best, those are the regrets that luffy had that one time when they were kids they swore that they will live without regrets. But this time its different luffy had the power.
