It's pretty simple as a puzzle by looking at Oda's drawing style in order to formulate the odds.

No complex material has to be even put into place.
a pretty simple logical contradiction.?

wouldn't that be more of a reason not to have his beak bent

King's first zoan form appearance in chapter 930.

King at Chapter 999.
that bent beak is hella ugly..... so much for stylistic bruh

Oda legit said he changed Page One's look to match properly the look of the real thing, but for the sake of refusing to believe King's beak got bent trying to impale Sanji, Oda wouldnt follow this trend of making the beak look like the proper straight thing.
This is Morgans.

Beak is clearly bent by default.

This is King.

Beak is naturally pointy, not bent.

Legit question.
Would it hurt to accept that the "bent beak by RS" is more likely than a "stylish" thing?
The only thing it does, is telling us that the RS has got a very good durability. Which could lead to Sanji covering his weakness in CoA.
That's ALL it could tell us. Nothing extraordinary or something.
So why do people fight so hard to create excuses for not >>>considering<<< this possibility?

I just feel like King would acknowledge it if it did happen. There's a possibility that King will mention it later to Sanji though.
That's the thing. If it indeed happened, there's no reason to believe they couldn't mention it later. Raid is not over, Sanji doesn't even have his final matchup yet. :kayneshrug:

they just have a bias against him... its that easy to guess

Man even Pageone made a comment on how Luffy almost dislocated his jaw, while he was on his Zoan form. You think that King, supposedly having his beak bent, would go an entirety of 20 chapters without even mentioning it or showing any hindrance? We all know that any physical wound from Zoan form still stays in Human form, so you are saying right now King's human face is also bent?

King's crooked nose in under his suit ofc.. i reckon atleast.. and unlike with pay pay.. the events were off paneled.. plus in other scenarios he was busy and occupied

That's his face bro. If my face got bent I would've hurt like mad, yet King acted like nothing happened.
again the aftermath was offscreened the only thing we know is that sanji dusted the attack...
idk its either that the beak is like Jack's Tusk which is an additional extension so it won't alter his base form... but the damage definitely would have hurt him since the beak is the part of the Skull..

then again we haven't seen his base without his suit or his face.. so its hard to guess if he doesn't have a crooked nose

plus bro it doesn't change the fact that he it bent somehow.. and this isn't even a stylistic alteration! that bend in the beak looks hideous oh him

Alright. Let's look at the timeline.

First event. Chapter 988. King crashes Sanji into the tower saying that he will split him open. (fan translations here. I don't have access to the official ones right now). Luffy hypes the attack (the official translation is a little different, but still has the same meaning). So we can say that it WAS a strong attack. A full speed crash hurts. "speed is weight" or something was something Kizaru said back in Sabaody. And Physics also explains it.

Second event: Chapter 989. King appears but the beak is seen from an "above" perspective. Not possible to say if it's bent here or not.

Third event: Sanji gets up still in one piece, talking about the durability of the Raid Suit.

Event 4: King's beak has its tip offpanel. Again, we can't say whether it's bent or not.

Event 5: Chapter 990. King reverts back to "human form", so we have to skip until he reverts back to Zoan Form, while looking for any kind of event that could bend his nose during this time.

Event 6: Chapter 999. King's back to Zoan Form. There wasn't a single moment when he was attacked during his human form before this scene. His beak is clearly bent.

Event 7: Beak still bent. Even MORE clearly.

So there we have it. There was NOTHING aside from the crash that could have caused it.
Nice job detailing  Much respect now anyone who fight this is fool
