Questions & Mysteries Did Shanks use VOAT on Aramaki?

Shanks being alright on Zou compared to Oden or Roger does seem to indicate that it may not be VoAT.
But leave VoAT, Luffy did the same thing to Momo unconsciously during the raid & Momo was in pain.
Shanks could've done the same thing to Aramaki & that's probably how he could "talk" to him I guess. That explains the pain as well.

Yeah I highly doubt Oda thought of writing Oden as a character with VoAT & stuff back when he drew that scene in FMI.
Shanks awakening VoAT later in his life is a possible route Oda can take as well, although like others posted - VoAT doesn't look like something that needs "awakening" and is like something that you're just born with.
Regardless of it being VoAT or just some CoC ability, your thread along with the Momo-Luffy panels from 1014 proves that it causes pain to the target regardless of PL when its being used. And it doesn't seem like a combat ability as well, Aramaki looks better in hindsight tbf.

Did Shanks use adv CoC + Voice Of All Things against Aramaki?
Someone like Roger and Oden were shivering and sweating just from being WATCHED by Zounisha. Imagine how they would panic if it communicated just like she did with Luffy and Momo.
It would also explain how Shanks was talking to Aramaki from miles away

It probably depends on the maturity of people's ability
The people who have shown this ability so far are somehow related to joyboy and ancient weapons..Currently, Shanks has the least connection with this option
I think it's just Shanks'coc..Also, if we consider the movie information, Shanks may have the same ability as yasopp

There's somethings we still don't know about VOAT , like roger could hear the poneglyphs, momo saw though zushina eyes , Luffy used it to talk with law crew , as i see it , VOAT is some kind of observation haki (three eyes is sign of illumination ) just like a great empathy of surrounds , remember haki is just something natural ,even animals have it people just born with that , but could be possible awake it ? Maybe , maybe was the sacrifice of the red drunk arm that with that great gesture of goodness , could have awake it.
haki is weird as f in general and is becoming weirder than before with this things and oda wont explain it properly and most of explanation are almost pointless because of weirder effects
almost all haki levels and name of it are made by fans because there is no proper explanation for them
