Powers & Abilities Did Whitebeard Specialize in CoO? Have the Best Observation Haki in his Prime?

Whitebeard was the "Strongest Man in the World" and truly a beast, and in his Prime he most likely mastered all three types of Haki. but something I noticed during the Marineford War and the Ace Flashback when he is on the platform. Whitebeard used CoO a lot more than CoA or CoC, even in his Old and weakened age. During his Raw strength and DF powers rather than CoA.
Whitebeard can seemingly use it even in his sleep when Ace tries to attack him in his Sleep. Even Marco stated that the attack by Squard shouldn't of happened even in his old age.
In his Prime did Whitebeard Specialize in CoO similar to Katakuri? And did he have the strongest and best CoO?

That haki whitebeard used is the half way point between FS and regular observation haki.

It is not on the level of Future Sight, but it'a more potent than basic observation haki.

Luffy used that against Katakuri before he he attained Future Sight.

Sanji can use that haki as well.

It is the observation haki equivalent of Advanced Armament Haki level 1 Emission/barrier haki.

Future Sight observation haki is the equivalent of Advanced Armament Haki level 2 - Internal Destructiom haki.

Here is the breakdown below.

Basic Precog/ Sensory observation haki - Level 1( most people)

Unconcious observation Haki ( used by Whitebeard, Sanji, Luffy) - Level 2

Advanced observation haki Future Sight- Level 3 Haki ( Katakuri and Luffy)

Nothing from MF should be taken seriously sadly haki wise at least, Oda was either messing around or wasn't thinking yet about implementing the new stuff in it. You just can't be the strongest man in the world and not having top tier armament, king, and vision haki : Ie at least top tier ryo and protection - not letting him getting attacked easily or hitted -, future sight, and ability to knock out 90/100 of enemies.
