Current Events Did Xebec planned a heir Like Roger?

So, from Ch. 968 we know that Roger basically planned Ace's birth so that Ace could find all ancient weapons and find One Piece and yada yada.... Roger was motivated because he was dying and he couldn't finish it without the ancient weapons.

Do you guys think that Xebec planned a heir in similar vein? May be Blackbeard (or Shanks, depending on how the story turns out) is a planned proxy by Xebec!!

Xebec is coming back imo, by himself, no reincarnation needed.
I believe that:
- Blackbeard with team up with his idol (xebec)
- Luffy will team up with his idol (Shanks)

And we will have Shanks be declared as (son) of Xebec. Which will make it more stressful and emotional on Shanks part and makes him have some hesitation on staying with Luffy's side. But he will pull through.

And we will have the ACTUAL biggest 4 Yonko level fighters clashing in one place! The sky will be split into 4 quarters for the first time in one piece manga.

It'll go like this:
1- Luffy will defeat BB idol (xebec)
2- Blackbeard will defeat Luffy's idol (shanks)
3- Final showdown: Luffy vs BB (the true inheritance) and the true legitamate new king of pirates

Note: When Xebec and Shanks gets defeated. And the final showdown starts, Blackbeard will try to suck Xebec DF and get his final 3rd DF as a way to carry on his ambition by while using his power. Making the final showdown between Luffy and BB even HARDER than pulling through against Xebec
