According to many people, Sanji did not beat Page One because Page One was shown to be just fine two weeks later. Considering that Killer was shown to be just fine two weeks after he fought Zoro, does this mean that Zoro never beat him?

They both beat their respective opponents. Yes Zoro did fainted but that was after the fight against Kamazou. Kamazou arrived with Kidd in Udon after failing his mission stated by Queen. The last time we saw Page was him screaming after Sanji kicked him from the sky. He got absent for two weeks. He failed to capture Soba Mask stated by Sasaki but Queen didn't say anything about it because he's a Tobi Roppo and fast recovery rate.

Zoro beat Kamazo. Kamazo couldn't pull out his scythe from Zoro's body then Zoro used it to cut him down. Not to mention there was interference from Gyukimaru at some points.

Sanji was dominating against Page One, for the most part, but we didn't see the conclusion (if there was one) of the battle. Sanji's facing Queen now in base after doing well against Page One in a limited time frame without the use of Diable Jambe and while still figuring out his new suit.

They both did well. Difference being, Killer was confirmed, on panel, defeated by Zoro whereas we didn't get to see Sanji knock out Page One. Perhaps he did and Page One recovered in the time between then and the raid but we don't know. Anime chose to animate Sanji using a big move, momentarily stunning Page One then bailing. Even if Sanji didn't beat Page One, he was still more impressive and while holding back Diable Jambe.
