Questions & Mysteries Do characters know about flashbacks?

Flashbacks are usually seen from one of two perspectives
A- from the perspective of the person telling the story the character that was involved and is explaing to both the audience and the other characters what happened
B- told from the perspective of the narrator, basically its showing an outsiders perspective of everything that happened
Some flashbacks switch between perspectives
For example the Koala flashback was told from Jinbei's perspective he was telling the story from how he remembered it but whenever the story swapped to fisher tiger then it switched to narrative perspective
I don't know if that makes sense but thats basically a run down version of how flash backs work

Obviously not all flashbacks are actually told by the characters in the present but I do believe Loki is telling the people around him his own perspective on the flashback we're seeing right now. Obviously though he might leave out some details due to a lack of interest between him and his little audience in the underworld, since it's both unimportant and is just irrelevant to him convincing them to be on his side.
