It makes no sense for someone like Zoro not to have it. Powerwise, he will be stronger than any Yonko, maybe bar Kaido (but probably above), his ambition is unparalleled when it comes to being the strongest and protecting his captain. Overall an ambition only paralleled by Luffy (though Luffy has different goals). To a point several people ask how he is not the captain. Especially since Rayleigh has it and Zoro is the right hand man of the stronger and more ambitious PK, the reincarnation of Joyboy.
