And ACoC doesn't cause permanent wounds, Sommers is fine after Gaban's ACoC attacks.

Yeah Blackbeard never gave a fuck about Roger will or legacy. Like even before Rocks reveal Blackbeard joined Whitebeard crew way before Roger became pirate king. It's always been obvious Blackbeard been aiming beyond the pirate king title.
