Speculations Do Roger and Shanks have something against Devil Fruits?

I just assumed something a few days ago, when it was confirmed Roger was no DF user. How many DF users do we know in the Roger Crew? As far as we know, only Toki, Bullet and Buggy.

When roger finaly came closer to Laugh Tale, Toki was already in Wano again, about Bullet i dont have any idea, but Buggy.... he wasnt able to go to Laugh Tale, since he got pretty sick suddenly.

What if Laugh Tale itself is somehow repelling DFs / DF user? May the island itself is build on Seastone or something similar?

Sanji has Fire + exoskeleton

I think peak CoA will be able to keep the body save from seastone-impact / water, thats why only the peak strongest DF user are able to reach Laugh Tale at the end.

Yeah I think they value that a lot and not just for a reason of being more comfortable with swimming and being useful but also a matter of honor and pride of the swordsman, that's a conjecture for now but I feel that's the case. :cheers:
