100 percent, no greater collection of fart-sniffing lemmings anywhere else on the Internet…they’re so proud of themselves for building an insulated, childish, self-important vibe, it’s pathetic that they think they’re any less worthy of ridicule than we are. Only reason I don’t want the OP subreddit to shut down is because they’ll be forced to join us here and then WE’LL be known as a haven for overzealous dickheads instead of the usual furious hellions already in place

It's a pretty useful tool for some very niche stuff. Like, if you have a question about something, and isn't getting an answer from search engines and other sources, try putting reddit at the end of the search text. Chances are, there's gonna be a thread about that. And you may or may not get an answer in there.
Other than that, it's pretty much the same as any other social media. The politics, toxicity, porn, power tripping mods, ads, echo chambers, basically anything standard for social media etc etc more or less the same.
