We dont. Really the only outcome that works for that is Rocks being his father and his mother being a Figarland Family member.

God Valley was never confirmed to be in GL i dont believe, so he could have been born there between Rocks and this person. He is confirmed to have been there at least when Rocks died That said, who honestly knows.
