Speculations Do you believe that Xebec is the grandfather of Luffy?

You've probably all heard and seen the many theories that Garp is the maternal grandfather of Luffy while his supposed son Dragon is actually his son-in-law and the son of Xebec which would obviously make Xebec the paternal grandfather of Luffy. And Dragon definitely looks more like Xebec than he looks like Garp.

I just wanted to see with this thread how many people on Worstgen believe this to be true.

Dragon is confirmed to be born in Goa Kingdom.

Garp is also born in Goa Kingdom.

Dragon being Xebec's son and got adopted by Garp won't make sense because Dragon was 17 years old when GV happened.

The only characters that has chances of being related to Xebec are Shanks or Teach imo.
