you should follow them for the betterment of the society.

And then there is portion of population that are getting vaccinated for all the obvious reasons
There will be conspiracies and there will be different opinions.

That's the point. The unvaccinated choose not to get that extra protection. Their deaths are on nobody but themselves. The deaths of the vaccinated are also on nobody.
No one is to be blamed for the deaths. Everyone will get the Covid, regardless of whether they are vaccinated or not. It just a question of who wants that extra protection.
