Kaido went through a gauntlet, Luffy is on his 6th round, he is still going to extreme diff and might even take another L before ZKK.
Luffybros: Luffy is so strong, he can beat his entire crew.
Reality: Luffy gets one shotted by Zoro.

Let's just hope he is now strong enough to beat his next opponents in one round, and won't need Zoro to finish them for him. I guess that's reasonable considering we're "near" the end. No more than two rounds, please Oda, enough is enough.

Oda: Zoro is second strongest in the crew.
Zoroturds who don't have IQ even that of bird: Zoro one shot Luffy.

Luffy absolutely should be this strong he's supposed to be a better Roger the man Roger couldn't be and wasn't his chosen era.

Also people talking about Luffy can solo his crew has been around since he first got his gears and every big pu since. And no it's not that the sh's are weak it's that people always over rate Luffy like just on here people acting like base Luffy = kaido because he could effectively fight kaido in base. Luffy's crew has a low top tier in Zoro, a yc1 level fighter in Sanji, yc3 to yc2 guy in jinbe, 4 vet level characters in Franky, Robin, brook, and chopper, and 2 quality low tiers in nami and ussop. Luffy's main crew is above most yonko crew outside of shank's crew and this isn't even mentioning if yamato actually joins. Luffy is strong and he's supposed to be strong but he's just getting over rated like the what 3rd time this arc?

i would have preferred if the gear 5 was just a new form of the gomu gomu no mi combined with acoc haki and the awakening is similar katakuri's awakening
