Do you need a weapon/black blade for peak armament?

So yeah is having a weapon the best way to make armament stronger? Both ryuma and mihawk have black blades which many see as the strongest form of armament possible. With not having one automatically makes yours inferior to those who do

But what about people without swords or even weapons in general like:
The logia trio + sengoku

And The monkey family


Is there any way for them to have armament at that level or even higher?

Based on how Oda's writing has been going seems as though if you don't have a Weapon you'll have a Devil Fruit to balance that out.

The only character without a weapon or DF is Garp - who was capable of contending with the Pirate King.

But having a weapon does seem to be the counter balance to Devil Fruit users and CoA is something used to fight against them as well.

So it makes sense for weapon users to have high CoA.

The black blade is not the strongest form of armament, stop with this bullshit.
The only difference, that we know for now, between a normal black blade and black blade from Ryuma/Mihawk is that the second one is permanent. But there is no proof that this form increase the AP or durability more than a normal black blade. So it's not the strongest, that's only speculation.

So stop with this wanking for heaven' sake Zoroliebers! Make a forum for your kind and wank there all you want.

And weapons from users does not matter in One Piece world. The only thing that matters is the character itself. Pistols are even a greater threat than punches and slashes that destroy mountains here, that's the only rule. But between weapons wielded by characters and characters without weapons, there are not any differences.
