And thats part of the reason i have so much lol
Plus in my defense i have like a million threads most of the ones not about luffy zoro or sanji don't do that well

You can't make your hands permanently black, that would be insane. Garp never maanged so, no one should ever attain something like that in the manga.

It is questionable whether or not other weapons which are not swords can be made black at best and I think they can.
