I won a bet against luke and zoro d goat that sanji would fight queen but they only changed their avis for a few days when the bet was for a month,ever since then i won't bet against candies again since it gets me nothing.

Nah, Oda is the first villian that's asscociated with death. He's been yelling death ever since he's introducted
The first chapter of his introduction is named "Suicide"
The first chapter of Wano is called "Seppuku"
Oda has been saying that this man has escaped prisions many times, and emphasized that he can't be killed, also he can't be beaten 1v1.
So the reasonable outcome of these statements,
- Luffy will beaten Kaidou in a 1v1
- Someone will manage to kill him.
While there's many candidate for this someone, Zoro is the undisputed number 1.
What I am trying to say is...Kaidou is not you typical villian. He is too important to be keep in prision, and he's too much of a wildcard to be let out there and Oda won't be able to balance the Final War if Kaidou is there. So, the only reasonable outcome, DEATH.

I understand that but this is not the first time a character has "needed to be killed" but hasn't. A lot of Luffy's thing is robbing people of their dreams so I think this war will end with Kaido humiliated by being dragged out in front of Wano in chains.
In my opinion giving Kaido the death he wants would be very out of character for the manga. Especially if its a Straw Hat doing it. I'm just personally going to go with the whole Momotaro thing where Momo chained the demon and brought him back home rather than slaying him.
However, outside of imprisonment in Wano or Suicide, I will agree Zoro is one of the front runners. The only other one I can think of would be Big Mom because he owes her a "life debt" so her killing him and saying the debts repaid does seem like something oda would do. But I'm still going with imprisonment because I personally think it fits better with humiliating Kaido.

Near enough every single person luffy has beat has come back. Kaido is too strong to come back he's even straight up told yamato defeating him and driving him out isn't enough he won't leave wano it's special
