I'm hearing some say that maybe Silver Axe could be a undercover Marine, do you think he could be that or is he just another very powerful pirate that simply wanted to join Rocks?

So it's likely and I would like if it happened but I'm not willing to bet that it will be the case

I would love it if he was but no, I don’t think so. He seems to have the reputation of a Yakuza hit man which would be strange for a Marine. He could be like an undercover Marine I guess but I don’t think he is.

I do 100% believe he has Urouge’s Devil Fruit tho.

It's not far fetched to think so because his design resembles that of Zephyr and X Drake, both of which have ties to the Marines

I mean, the "X theme" goes hard: they both have a X tattoo on their bodies and a X scar on their chins (only 2 characters in the whole story).

Even the alias "Silver Axe"...

Why was he introduced in this prominent way, differently than any other Rocks pirate that was not relevant in the present story?
