None of the One Piece Databooks or Vivre Cards have ever been released in English. Only in Japanese and French because those two and to best selling markets for Manga. Because North America prefers to free Manga for free. But do you think ViZ or another company would ever release an Official Physical copy of any of the Databooks in English for North America? And do you think they would actually sell well?

No idea honestly. Apart from owning all physical volumes of manga I also own what people call artbooks ( actual name written on them is color walk compendium) . There are 3 of them in total and its really amazing . It contains big format high quality colored pictures of one piece, mainly double spreads , volume covers and so. I would recommend them to every one piece fan. They are much better option for collecting than databooks in my opinion which just overhype everything.
