We definitely didn't see everything Kizaru could do on Egghead but I highly doubt he has it at this point

Before Egghead, I thought he has CoC too. Now I'm not sure about it. Maybe he lacks CoC or even ACoC but has awakening? I also don't think he'd need CoC since his logia powers are already busted enough as they are.

Kuzan most likely has CoC.
Akainu definitely has it.

Unsure about Aramaki.
Fujitora could have CoC too.

And this Admiral we are talking about was about to take on Big Mom and Kaido if not for Akainu stopping him. Talk about balls.

Seems too weird to not have it revealed by this point. But hey it’s never too late, he might end up having it instead of awakening for all we know. I doubt it though, less than 30% chances of Oda revealing it so late.

If Kizaru don't have CoC, Mihawk might not have as well. Or at least lower level like 2nd or 3rd Haki speciality after CoA and CoO like Zolo's. I have Kizaru and Mihawk close levels, so Zolo's CoC might be the difference between Mihawk and him so he beats him with that difference after reaching his sword skill and physical levels.

Chinjao or Dof having it might be related to Haki speciality, like Zolo has CoC as well but didn't use it until Wano power up with Enma meanwhile Dof was using CoC while he was a kid.

Dof has more CoC talent than Zolo's CoC but he never reached full potential so Zolo is stronger Dof.

Mihawk doesn't have a busted light logia devil fruit. Odd comparison to make.

Kizaru can make do without CoC, even more so if he's awakened. Mihawk would get shafted without it. Simple as that.

And Kizaru doesn't have a special yoru sword, special hawk eyes, and WGS sword skills as well. I think Mihawk might have it but its probably not 1st Haki speciality like Luffy's or Shanks's sky splitting CoC Haki, probably his Haki speciality is CoA first like Zolo's even if he has CoC or not.
