Powers & Abilities Does Luffy still have G4 drawback

Pretime skip luffy had draw back for g2 and g3 but post time skip it was shown that he doesn't have it anymore (fluffy had g4 at the start of post time skip), so do you think fluffy still has drawback from g4 since he unlocked a new devil fruit power up.

From a writer's perspective it makes no sense for fluffy to still have drawbacks from using g4 because if he does, the readers would question why fluffy did not use g5 instead of g4 if it has drawbacks.

Correct me if I'm wrong.
G4 was introduced as a Haki blast meaning giving everything he got into this form which drops his haki to zero once he runs out of it.
And G4 limit of 10 min never changed and remained constant throughout Rooftop.
Luffy strategy of hit and run ~ Restore haki and then again ~ hit and run. Is how luffy wins in 3-4 rounds.
Same stuff happened with doflamingo , same stuff with Kata , same stuff with Kaidou.

haki is not unlimited but when I say it has no time limit, I mean can he use it for as long as he has he normally (base fluffy) would be able to fight

Oda killed G4 improvement when he said that Luffy could run at Dressrosa just like he did at Whole Cake Island.

He killed again when Luffy learning ACoA(internal damage) still has the same drawback on G4 without even having a better time limit.

He killed one more time when Luffy just had to put his hands on his mouth to avoid getting out of G4 because he would lose air(like G4 is about air not haki, right Oda?).

No reason to believe anymore that G4 will ever lose it drawback just like G5.

He already peaked there is no strenghtwise improvement for Luffy anymore.

As we have seen, Luffy can already switch easier between his base and G4.
The backlash to going G4 also has seemingly reduced.

While Kaido fight still established that G4 still has the time limit.

So I would say;
- G4 time limit increased
- It is easier for him to get to G4 now
- G4 drawback decreased

Yet, it still has a time limit and the drawback still exists

No reason to think otherwise. If the time limit increased, it would only be by a few minutes.

Yea but it should have a longer time limit since Luffy got a lot better at CoA. It can't be unlimited unless you are giving Luffy unlimited haki.

Timelimit didnt increase imo.
He still had that drawback vs Drunk Kaidou & during Rooftop after Kong Gatling.

What changed was his ability to go in and out of G4 and switch as shown during start of Onigashima.

G5 has an even worst side effect cause it burns Luffy's life span
So G4 is not thrown out the window

g4 had time limit but g2 and 3 did not, so do you think oda would keep g4 time limit, because if it still has time limit then no scenario would require fluffy to ever use g4
