Does he unironically get "excited" by seeing people running around or what as i've never seen this in any other fictional work whether it's anime or whatever really. One Piece actually has so much running that the sound effect of their footsteps is genuinely stuck in my head all the time. Will this pattern keep repeating during the upcoming arcs?
