I always thought that Oda wanted as endgame couples Sanji/Nami and Zoro/Tashigi. Then,in the last two arcs,he managed to develop two good ships for Sanji and Zoro. Zoro and Hiyori is written perfectly and very credible as a couple,and Sanji/Pudding i think was written very well too. You have angst,you have contrast,but also sweet moments and heartbreaking moments with them. By the way,i dont think Sanji loves Pudding yet,but he could fall in love with her at the end of the series. Lets remember that we have still the mystery of the 3 eyes tribe to solve in One Piece,so i think Pudding will appear again in the story somehow.

Pudding fell in love with Sanji during WCI (Sanji's kindness was a key factor here), but from Sanji's side i don't feel love but more kindness or empathy for Pudding. (My opinion here could be biased due to the fact that i don't like pudding and don't want Sanji to end up with her)

I agree buddy(IM A HARDCORE SANAMI SHIPPER). BUT FIRST TO GET THIS OUTTA THE WAY. ODA HAS NEVER SAID THEIR WON"T BE ROMANCE IN THE STRAWHATS. HE DODGED THE QUESTION BY SAYING THEY ARE ALL IN LOVE....WITH ADVENTURE." Pudding was head over heels for Sanji but Sanji didn't feel the same way. Sanji obviously found her cute but he didn't love her. In my eyes, it was just kindness. Just because Sanji saw that she is attractive, doesn't mean really likes her. He had no issue leaving her to return to sunny at the end of WCI. Sanji quite literally met her 3 days ago. It makes sense for Pudding to fall in love with him (since she was always seen as a freak because of her third eye, even by her own family). And that's the first guy to treat her with kindness. Sanji might like the beautiful ladies, but he has his boundaries. in chapter 813 of one piece, Sanji states that he doesn't wanna marry a woman he didn't even know. Also, people say Sanji only likes Nami because of her body, which is not true. Sure Sanji is a pervert and is attracted to her body, but that's not the only thing he likes about her. In chapter 658 Nami exclaims that she doesn't wanna leave crying children alone. Sanji calls her kindness beautiful and says that he is falling in love with her all over again. Another thing I'd like to announce is that Sanji has no problem leaving other women for Nami. for example, he left Viola to help chopper, brook, momo and especially Nami. He even banters with Zoro on who should save her. I know he wants to save all of them, but it is shown that he is concerned most for Nami. Another thing I'd like to mention are their suffixes. Nami is the only one who calls Sanji with the suffix "Kun". Sanji is the only one in the crew besides brook that calls Nami san (except brook uses san for everyone in the crew). In conclusion, Sanji finds a ton of ladies attractive, but has a special spot for Nami.

Nami and Robin has the advantages of multiple "love" from Sanji, whereas Pudding received less, but get a special one instead.

Nami and Robin get platonic love (friends), familial love (family), and sexual love (lust). Sanji cares about these nakama and defend them very often, but also get nosebleed.

Reiju only get familial love, while Pudding only get romantic love. That's why Sanji cares about them but has no or little nosebleed/lusting/pervert moment.
