Powers & Abilities does the Revolutionary Army have a Top-Tier Swordsman?

We know Oda loves his Swordsman and with the Revolutionary Army being hyped as one of the most Powerful organizations, and getting even stronger. Do you think they have a Powerful Swordsman? Or do you think they will recruit one, if they don't have one already.

They did not clash once. They clash several times and Zoro was not able to out skilled King swordwise, he even got overpowered one time.

I remember there is this guy with a mouse hat in the rev that appeared only twice in the manga. First he was speaking with Dragon after Ennies Lobby incident, second he was shown with Robin in a cover story. Either Oda drop him or he keep this man mysterious. If its the later, then he is probably one of the strongest in rev. Still, probably not a swordman since i dont remember him being drawn with a sword.

I don't think there's anyone else who's been named who would fit. Maybe Inazuma and his Scissor Fruit, but that's a bit of a stretch. So, either they just don't have one, or they'll have to get one from somewhere else. Vista fits as well as anyone.

I made a theory that RA's only swordsman was Dragon in the past but it seems that organization will be the only one without a strong swordsman.
